I actually made it out past 9pm with a friend to a karoke bar a few days ago. It's always hard for me to get out of the house after 9, but I am usally glad once I am there.
We have a karoke bar inside a chinese resturant which is kind of a dive place, but its great for people watching!
I could never, no matter how much you paid me or how much I drank, you would NEVER see me up there. I am way to self consious for that!
There were lots of bad singers with a few good ones!
My grandma and aunt were here visiting from Canada and they sadly left yesterday. Look forward to their return trip in September :)
I am working some overtime tonight, can't wait to crawl into bed!

karoke is so fun!! well, for me... not for the people listening to me. my voice is terrible. and i'm the same way, its hard to get me out of the house that late. i normally have my pjs on after dinner!

I have a decent voice- I used to sing in church stuff as a teen, but it's been SO long that I'm TERRIFIED to sing in front of anyone. I could never get up at a karaoke bar and sing, no matter what! Lol
I've only done karaoke once and I felt so sorry for everyone who had to listen to us. I have a horrible voice so I tried to just blend into the background..
