Frap and our Halloween costumes

Its sure been a nice weekend off from work, lots of time with Frap and even some time with the bf. Friday evening we strolled the mall, and ended up finding our Halloween costumes. I will kept it a secret for now, but its a "couple" thing where we are both the same kinda thing. If that makes any sense. Then we had dinner with my sis and spent the evening with Frapster. 

I found these new "greenies" but it was a steak flavor so I thought we'd try them, he seems like to like :)

Thankfully I found a coupon on my favorite site so we saved 20% percent :)

Today was the first day off in FOREVER that we both were off, we slept in and then went to Noahs/Starbucks for breakfast. We also made our first meatloaf, I am interested to see if its any good! 

I put cheese and tomato soup on top if you were wondering...

Then we went downtown and ordered the boys wedding rings, that's right, he is getting two. If you know him, that shouldn't come as a surprise :)

Then we took my sister shoe/jean shopping. 

Tonight we are going to a new restaurant in town, hopefully its yummy!

Frappy

Well Frappy had another scary seizure on Wednesday night at 2am, we awoke to him in full seizure mode and we both jumped into action of getting to the door to get cold air and K grabbed sugar to put in his mouth. He seemed to be calming down so we came back to bed, but then he just went straight into another one. I was so frazzled and scared that we would lose him, that I couldn't even hold him. Kyle took him outside and I was so pale and winded that I thought I was going to pass out. I called my bff and she said she would be right over. After what seemed to be forever, K and Frap came back inside and I was so relieved. I called the bff and told her that we were good and she could go back to bed. 

I am off for the weekend and going to spend the weekend with Frap <3

Gram's, Frap, and my new necklace

Not much new going on over here, busy with work and running errands on my days off. 

My grandma had surgery last week and is having some complications, she has internal bleeding and she is a Jehovah Witness and they don't accept blood transfusions. At first I didn't think she was going to over come everything, now I feel like she has a chance. She had a synthetic blood transfusion and I guess it takes a few days for the body to recognize it. We just hope the bleeding has stopped. 

Its hard because she lives in Canada so I cant just zip on over to see her, but thankfully my dad is up there with her. Here is a picture the last time she was in CA.

She's only 85 so I hope she's around another 15 years, it wouldn't be a surprise from that side of the fam.

Next up, my cute dog. He likes to stand on my back in the morning.

Don't look at me, I literally just woke up. But he is too cute.

Road trip to see the birthday girl

This past weekend I headed north to see my older sister and the kiddos, plus my niece turned 2 on Sunday! Friday we just hung around the house and went to a nearby joint for dinner. Saturday we went to the town nearby to shop at the outlets and have lunch. We went to the Vans outlet to get shoes for my nephew, but they didn't have any his size. I ended up getting the birthday girl two pairs for only $27 dollars. 

I never knew at 2, you had an opinion on shoes!! 

Sunday morning we opened presents and had lunch before hitting the road. Quick trip but it was a must.

A little of this and a little of that

Nothing to important to blog about, just random things.

On Tuesday I went up to Ojai to go on a ride along, but I wasn't feeling well the night before and ended up fainting in briefing. Thankfully I had stepped out and told one of the deputies it was gonna happen, but when I came to I was surrounded by them and the ambulance wasn't too far after. I ended up going home for the day and went to the doctor that afternoon. He said he was most likely due to low blood sugar/pressure. And that I am too skinny to be skipping meals. I didn't skip, I just had soup for dinner due to not feeling well.

Last night we opened a bottle of champagne from his sister and brother in law, too bad I'm a sissy and don't really like to drink. 

Today I stopped at the post office to mail a card, and saw these stamps. Not a Simpsons fan, but thought they were still cute.

Alright, I am off to dinner with friends and then working all weekend.
