We put an offer on a house yesterday and today they countered us back at a great price. The realtor is coming in a few hours to sign some more paperwork. I can't believe this may work out!!

Yesterday we met with our day of coordinator, got to see the location again. I am SO excited and ready for it to be here already!! 39 days and my bridal shower is this Saturday!!
Got my gel manicure yesterday, LOVE it. Best job they have EVER done.

Ahhhh I'm so jealous its Friday for most of you!! It's my working weekend so ill be here the next 3 days. I can't wait to get thru the weekend because next weekend is my bridal shower and I am so excited!!

1. Our offer to get accepted on this house!! We see so much potential and its the neighborhood we want to be in! The first offer we put it the bank went with a different offer that ended up backing out! So annoying!! So we put in another offer yesterday, so waiting to hear again....
Its crazy how hard is it to buy a house in our city, so many buyers/investors out there with the same budget and we keep getting screwed!
2. I would love to snuggle this fur boy forever!! I just love him so much.
3. I want people to stop bitching about MY wedding!! And when I say people, its more some family members upset about the whole family not being invited. I only invited family that I know I will have a relationship with down the road!! And its freakin expensive!!

I have been getting packages almost every other day and it really can make my whole day!
My earrings from Etsy/Singapore came yesterday but I guess I just missed the mailman so I drove around until I saw him so I could collect my package! haha. They are really gorgeous.
Another BIG delivery was our "gift" to the guests. I was really excited to order these black & white gumball dispensers. They are just something different than your usual favor.

The item I am happiest about is... this tie in black!!
Over a month ago we had found this tie at the Hugo Boss Outlet and the fiance decided it was the one he wanted to wear and also wanted to get for the dads for the wedding. Problem was, they only had 3 and we needed 4... We bought the 3 and have been on the hunt! While at my sisters last weekend in Nor Cal, we stopped by their outlets but no tie...
On our way home from Palm Springs yesterday, we stopped at their outlets and hallelujah!! They had the tie!!
They also had a Converse outlet so we stopped in looking for pink shoes for the flower girls. They had both sizes we needed!
Another find that I love is this hat from Target. For $12 it kept my face out of the sun while being stylish.
I had a much different post planned for today, but my heart is heavy since someone close to me is battling a addiction to alcohol. It is the hardest thing to watch, especially when they don't realize they have a problem. Or they do, and then the next day they are at it again.
I feel like I barely slept a wink last night, I am exhausted and feel sick to my stomach.
This is someone that needs extra prayers and I am reaching out to you guys for that.
