What I'm loving Wednesday... new purchases

After working 16.5 hours yesterday, I thought I deserved to do a little shopping today!

First stop, Marshall's...

My goddaughter is turning one next month so I got her a birthday shirt and bib

Next stop, The Rack... shoes for the birthday girl

And gym shoes for me!

And Target, for a new suit..

Lastly, Victoria Secret delivery...

Can it be March already??

Not only is March my birthday month, I am finally going to be reunited with my Bestie who lives in Indiana! Thanks to Groupon, there is a fabulous deal for 2 nights at the Palms hotel for about $200!!

It has been almost two years since we've seen each other, I am already on cloud 9 thinking about it!!

We met while I worked at a tanning salon, and we were all instant friends!

While I am sure most of you are off today, I am at work, but not complaining because I am getting double time and a half pay. 

I had a pretty good weekend relaxing and spending time with KT. I also went and bought my wedding dress!! I saved $200 on the dress which was a nice bonus.

We went to the mall where I got more workout pants and a new tank.

Last night we had dinner with some friends that moved to North Carolina about 6 months ago, silly me didn't take any pictures... except of my outfit :)

Up, Up, and Away!

I had the best day off yesterday!!

I had made reservations to take my dad on a helicopter ride for his birthday. I feel so blessed that I am in the position to do that for him!

It was a gorgeous day, clear with blue skies.

Saturrrday....I mean Monday...

Since I worked all weekend, today is my Saturday.... and since I worked all weekend, I don't have too much to say.. 

I had my first 911 call about someone I have grown up with so that was kinda weird/strange/sad/scary.

She will never know that I was the one on the phone, but at least I can keep her in my thoughts and prayers.

I got the cutest picture of my Goddaughter today.... she should seriously be a baby model :)

Besides that, I went to my work out class this morning, FINALLY put the Christmas stuff away, caught up on Kim and Kourtney take NY... visited a girlfriend... and picked up a pie for my dad's birthday (today)!!

And lastly, I parted my hair different today :)

Wedding Dresses...

I found the "OTHER" one!!

I am SO SO SO excited!!

I first went to this hellish place where the jerk owner only let me try on 5 dresses. So glad I didn't like any of them because I would have never bought for him!! The reviews are horrible for him and his store.

On Wednesday I made the drive to Kay's, NICEST people ever. I tried on about 12 dresses and thought a few were pretty, but didn't have "that" feeling...

Yesterday I checked out David's Bridal, although I was opposed to the one locally because my first stop in there for bridesmaid dresses was such a zoo I swore I wouldn't return. Yesterday I was sure to make an appointment and thankfully the store was on the quiet side.

I was slightly scared at first as they only had like 10 dresses in a 2, but the first dress the girl had pulled for me, was the ONE!! I didn't want to take it off!!

So here are all the ones I took pictures off, but obviously the ONE will stay in hiding until September!

Ring Blink Link Up

I am so excited!! This is my first blog link up!!

As a newly engaged girl, I am more than happy to show off my ring!

We were engaged on 06/26/11 when I found a sparkly ring around my Frappy's neck. I will always remember that special night with my favorite boys.

I am not a jewelery girl, so I take my ring off quite a bit. Normally at night, when I'm off to the gym, dishes, etc.

This is the only place I ever put my ring, its normally on my dresser but I didn't want to wake up the fiance while he was sleeping to take a picture.

My ring is a Princess Cut (1.1) Carat Diamond, Excellent Cut with a white gold band with the diamonds in a Platinum setting. Not going to lie, he knew what I wanted and I couldn't be happier.

Wedding is 09/02/12 :)

NYE

I had one of the best NYE nights in a long time.

I forced myself out of bed around 930pm to get ready to head to the hotel where my guy was spinning.

I danced the night away with some friends and kissed my guy at midnight.

I headed home around 1 because I had to get up at 530am for work, but I made double time and a half plus overtime so I couldn't pass that up. But yes, I was tired!!  Even ate McDonald's for breakfast.

I am bummed my pictures didn't come out great, waiting on a few more from a friend.
