Sadly on the first two houses we put offers in, one went with another offer and the second wanted way more money than we thought was worth it.
I was pretty bummed on the one because we had total visions for it.
We went and saw another house today, we really liked it and just signed an offer for it. We went in right at asking price so fingers crossed!!

it is hard not to envision a house how you would decorate it when you really love it. bummer about both offers but that just means an even better house is waiting out there for you and i hope you found it!
